In this service, we handle everything, from working with you to clarify your design vision, creating your custom design plan, measuring your home, sourcing, ordering, and installing your materials, fixtures, lighting, furniture, window treatments, paint colors and every detail that goes into transforming your home.
Phase 1: Initial Conversation.
We start with a complimentary 15-minute conversation to get an overview of your design project.
Phase 2: Design Consultation.
In this 2-hour meeting, which can be in person or virtual, we discuss the details of your design project.
Phase 3: Taking Measurements.
Monique Nicole & team will come to your home to take the necessary measurements to begin the design planning process.
Phase 4: Design Plan.
We start the design plan & process by creating a concept theme that all the design elements of the project are focused on. The building block of each room’s design, it includes layout, lighting, color palette, finishes and materials that will guide future decisions moving forward.
Phase 5: Product Sourcing.
Upon your approval of the Concept, we will begin sourcing furniture, lighting, and accessories for your space. Next we will create your full design plan including the; Concept, Floor Plan, Product Proposal or Shopping List, and a 3D Rendering to present to you.
Phase 6: Product Ordering.
Once you have approved the items, we create a proposal /shopping list and begin ordering your items.
Phase 7: Installation.
Here’s when the excitement really starts. While you are out enjoying a day of fun, we roll out the red carpet. We come to your home, install your items and decorate your home to perfection.
Phase 8: The Reveal.
We’re ready to invite you back for your big reveal! After you fall in love with our design work, we’ll host a private dinner for you and your loved ones to start enjoying your new home.
